Meet The Staff

Dennis owns the Voy 61 Drive In Theatre & Voy 3 Theatres! Dennis has owned the Voy 3 Theatre since 1973. The movie business has changed many times since Dennis got into the business, but he loves everything about it, especially how it is constantly changing! You will often find him at the theatre viewing every movie we show! Dennis also owns KMAQ Radio Station in Maquoketa. He lives in Bettendorf near his three children, five grandchildren, & three great-grandchildren. 

Sara is our owner Dennis Voy's granddaughter and could not be more excited and proud to be the second generation to continue with the movie business in Maquoketa! Sara lives in the Quad Cities and "vacations" in Maquoketa on the weekends as she likes to say.  When she is not working at the theatre, she also owns a small in home daycare, sells Thirty-One Gifts and spends a lot of time chauffeuring her three children to all their activities. Sara's favorite part of her job at the theatre is providing quality affordable family entertainment to families!

Adam lives in Maquoketa with his wife, two daughters and little boy.  In Adam's free time he enjoys building Legos. Adam loves working at the Voy 3 Theatre since he loves movies and popcorn.

Jordan lives in Maquoketa with her husband and 5 year old daughter.  Jordan works as a nurse.  In Jordan's free time she enjoys traveling, reading and watching movies. Jordan loves working at the Voy 3 Theatre since we have the BEST popcorn and Diet Coke.

Megan lives in Maquoketa with her four legged children, Hazel and Willa.  She is a second grade teacher at Cardinal Elementary School and works at the Maquoketa YMCA.  In Megan's free time she loves to read and watch movies. Megan loves working at the Voy 3 Theatre because she loves movies and popcorn.

Bobbie lives in Maquoketa with her husband Nathan, children Michaela (Cody), Carter (Saivannah), Ayden and Harper, and a golden doodle Remy! She has two grandchildren, Logan and Eliana. Bobbie just had her 20-year anniversary at John Deere Dubuque Works.  In Bobbie's free time she enjoys spending time with family and watching her kid's sporting events. Bobbie loves working at the Voy 3 Theatre because she LOVES the popcorn.

Hadley lives in Maquoketa with her parents, two older brothers and four dogs.  She is a senior at Maquoketa High School.  In Hadley's free time she enjoys reading and going for walks. Hadley loves working at the Voy 3 Theatre because everyone feels welcome and it's a fun place to work.

Erin lives in Maquoketa with her family.  She is a freshman in college.  In Erin's free time she enjoys reading. Erin loves working at the Voy 3 Theatre for the work experience, new learning opportunities, and social skills.

Grace lives in Maquoketa with her parents, three siblings and two dogs.  She is a senior at Maquoketa High School.  In Grace's free time she enjoys playing tennis and soccer.  Grace loves working at the Voy 3 Theatres for the popcorn and flexible weekend hours.

Kalyn lives in Delmar with her parents, two sisters and two dogs.  She is a junior at Maquoketa High School.  In Kalyn's free time she enjoys reading and watching movies.  Kalyn loves working at the Voy 3 Theatres for the welcoming enviornment.

Finley lives in Maquoketa with her parents, brother, sister and mini golden doodle, Rookie.  She is a junior at Maquoketa High School.  In Finley's free time she plays multiple sports through school. Finley loves working at the Voy 3 Theatre so she can see all the friendly people who attend the movies.
